The mission of Kern Resource Center is to organize and communicate information for a useful purpose.

Founder Sue Kern was an information researcher, professional writer, editor, and project manager in the corporate world for 26 years. She created Kern Resource Center as a result of her experience in the corporate world and from working with people helping them realize their dreams of owning their own businesses, writing and publishing their books, making career changes because of life transitions (such as divorce and chronic illness), and basically helping them to find and fulfill their unique, true purpose in this life.

Among colleagues, friends, family, coaching clients and students, she became known as The Resource Lady because whenever anyone needed information about getting something done, solving a problem, or finding a resource, they came to her and she got the information for them!

At Kern Resource Center, our mantra is: Get the Information! We can get the information that people need and helping them organize and communicate it for whatever their purpose is.

We provide primarily information research (that’s the “Get the Info” piece of my biz), project administration and editorial services for a variety of clients, such as entrepreneurs, ministers, life coaches, small businesses, therapists and salespeople.

Rates

We charge one of three ways: by a monthly retainer plan for a set amount of hours, by the project, or hourly. Our clients who need services on a regular basis like my retainer plan because they are guaranteed a certain amount of hours every month and discounts are available depending on the number of hours they contract for each month.
